About
Currimundi is an 8yo brown gelding from Australia trained by Steve Wolfe. He is by the stallion Playing God out of Pins Perhaps. As a stakes winner with $808,339 in earnings, he is viewed as having above‑average ability. On 23rd Mar 2025 at Pinjarra, ridden by Shaun McGruddy, he secured his biggest victory to date in the $150,000 3yo+ Open Handicap, defeating Fear The Wind. He has been a profitable choice for bettors; backing him throughout his career would have produced about a 15% return on investment.
