About
Johnny Smash is a 5yo bay gelding from Australia, trained by Mike Van Gestel. He is out of Cheeky Bella and sired by Brave Smash. To date, the horse has secured two victories. His most notable triumph came on 8 May 2025 at Wyong, where he won the $45,000 Maiden Handicap. Punters have found him a profitable runner; backing him throughout his career would have delivered a 17% return on investment.
