Broome Racing Track

Broome Racecourse is located on the Western Australian coast, approximately 2,249km north of Perth and about 1,881km south-west of Darwin. Set on the Broome Peninsula, the track is surrounded by natural bushland and overlooks the iconic Cable Beach, which is visible from the grandstand along the home straight.

The racecourse features a dirt surface throughout and is laid out in a traditional oval configuration.

Broome Racecourse enjoys strong local support, with its annual picnic race meetings drawing large crowds each year. These popular events offer a wide range of race day activities and often see celebrations continue well into the evening.
