Goulburn Racing Track

Goulburn Racecourse is located within the vibrant cultural centre of Goulburn, around a two-hour drive south of Sydney and approximately 100km north of Canberra. The venue retains a strong country racing heritage and atmosphere, while also being known for producing fast-paced racing on one of the quicker tracks in the region.

The circuit measures 1,750m in circumference and maintains a width of about 20m throughout. Races finish along a generous 400m home straight, where horses charge past rows of marquees and enthusiastic spectators.

The racecourse’s flagship event is the Goulburn Cup, a race with a long-standing history that has been run annually since its first recorded edition in 1883.
