Dal Cielo is a 13-year-old brown gelding (male) trained by Kris Lees. He is sired by the stallion Per Incanto out of the dam Cent From Heaven. With a Group One win and career earnings of $535,740, Dal Cielo is considered an elite racehorse. On 7th March 2015, at Ellerslie, ridden by Opie Bosson, Dal Cielo achieved his most notable win, taking the $200,000 Haunui Farm Diamond Stakes, defeating Battle Time. Throughout his career, he has been profitable for punters, offering a 5% return on investment. Dal Cielo retired from racing on 22nd September 2018 at Sunshine Coast.
