The Rockhampton Racecourse, also known as Callaghan Park lies in the popular tourist destination of Rockhampton on Central Queensland's Capricorn Coast. 640kms north-west of Brisbane, The Rockhampton sits on a prime location near the banks of the historic Fitzroy River.Punters are attracted to over 40 race meets annually where they can take part in a multitude of festivities that are on offer including the prestigious fashions on the field awards.
