Strathalbyn Racecourse is a picturesque track found just an hour's drive south-east of Adelaide. The track has stunningly gorgeous scenery including the finely designed rose gardens which give the course it's very own signature in a town that lies amongst scenic valleys and rolling country-side hills.The 1690m course sits upon extensive lawns that offer patrons plenty of room and comfort for setting up a race day marquee. Despite having a largely circular shape, the course still finds room for a healthy 340m long straight off the back of an inclined final turn.Strathalbyn Racecourse continues to attract many spectators thanks to its glorious looking scenery and top class provincial racing to match.
