Warrnambool Racecourse can be found at the western end of The Great Ocean Road, on the outskirts of the town of Warrnambool about 260kms from Melbourne.Set amongst natural hills which provide excellent racing views for spectators, the Warrnambool Race Course has a large circumference of 2,100m and a straight that is 350m long. Its long sweeping turns are complimented by a large course width that gives race goers a chance to witness even, competitive racing. Added to this are extra lengths of race course which are used exclusively for the Grand Annual Steeplechase.
