About
Somme River is a 4yo bay from the United States trained by Justin Nixon. He is by English Channel out of Petite Riviere. To date he has earned three career victories. On 13 Apr 2026 at Tampa Bay Downs he captured his biggest triumph, winning the $23,000 Md. The horse has been a money‑maker for bettors; a full‑career backer would have seen a 73% return on investment.
